SADA enjoys an unquestionable leadership position. It deals with the entire logistics chain for the automobile, covering both components and the finished “automobile”, offering prompt efficient service at a high standard of quality. A fundamental part of this activity is prior studies of the flows of materials and their subsequent reorganisation in an ongoing process of improvement.
The physic-flow begin with materials collection at the suppliers’ sites, it follows with transport to our logistic centre close to premises and then providing the “just in time” assembly line.




At the end of the assembly line we take in cargo the finished product “car” and we sent it to our stock-compound. Finally we prepare cars for shipment until dealers. ealer.

The logistic and the transport of the components
In the main logistic flow, a particular emphasis is assumed by the timing of the service, the monitoring of the various phases of the transport and the capacity of action in case of emergency, as well as, obviously, the availability of a wide fleet that garantees the use of the proper truck, at the right moment and at the right place.
Integrating the the main flow, we also carry out other complementary and specialistic activities like the pre-assembling of some fundamental particulars, the quality check, the grooming and delivery of some materials to the assembly line with different tecniques and modalities.
Our experiences demonstrate that a high quality service and an advanced operating system produce, also through a decrease of supplies, a relevant economic saving.

The logistic and the transport of vehicles (cars)
Once the assembly line is over the real logistic flow of the finished product begins, a particular importance is assumed by the related operations: the quality check during the loading of the vehicle, the way of stocking on our compounds, the arrangement and the setting in lines for the shipping and all those complementary activities that garantee the goodness of the car.
Finally there we are to the transport: our final phase of a cycle started way before. The primary transport is done both by road and by railway, using particularly suitable trucks and proper wagons.
The secondary transport then garantees to the final dealer a capillary and on time distribution. We can strongly state that our constant presence in the entire logistic chain and our care for the product becomes for our Clients a warranty of complete safeguard. SADA is a part of a network that is extended through all Europe; exploiting the sinergies of the flows existing in a great market, can afford to garantee to the Operating Holding Companies and to the Dealers a complete service with high quality standards.

The logistic of the compounds
In the Automotive branch, thanks to our presence in all the phases of the entire logistic chain, which goes from the assemby line to the dealers, we can assure a high quality service both to the Operating Holding Companies as well as to the final Dealers.

Loading procedures
Our highly qualified personnel certifies a quality check of the vehicles at the end of the assembly line, verifing the agreement between the documents and the chassis-number of the car, the integrity of the car, possible damages and/or lacking of components and the presence both of standard supplies and optionals indicated by the Holding Company. The same control is also done during the unloading of the cars both from the truck and from the train.

Stocking and load preparing
It’s always our personnel that takes care of stocking the cars in the appropriate areas or creating loads for the shipping of the called-off cars. The whole thing is totally indicated by our informatic system that garantees the availability of the car in any phase of its staying in thecompound (entrance, stock, shipment, exit).

Assignment
If the cars arrived already assigned to a dealer, they can be right away put in transport raws ready for the delivery. Otherwise the preparation of loads is made once the Holding Company assigns it or after an explicit request by the final dealer. In any moment our clients can verify on our website, getting access with username and password, their vehicles stocked on our compounds. We also give the possibility to our clients to order their vehicles online and to follow the various phases of the shipping (tracking).

Trasporto
The quality of SADA’s motor vehicle transportation service is ensured by a fleet of nearly 100 car transporters, made up of ideal vehicles with modern equipment managed by AXIEL, one of the Group’s Companies that ensures complete logistics cover both nationally and internationally:

• Primary transportation between the Client’s premises and compound and SADA’s compound in Piedimonte San Germano and Fiorenzuola d’Arda.
• Secondary transportation between SADA’s compound and the delivery point for the end Client.

Our Services

Stocking
The receipt of the vehicles in our compounds is done by our qualified and specialized personnel that controls, after the unloading of the vehicles, the agreement between the documents and the chassis-number of the car, the integrity of the car, possible damages and/or lacking of components and the presence both of standard supplies and optionals indicated by the Holding Company. We then take care of the stocking of the cars in the appropriate areas indicated by our informatic system and the following setting in transport raws ready for the delivery.

Periodical mantainance
On both compounds we periodically make maintanance following the specific requests of our clients, like the measurement and the restorement, whether necessary, of the battery’s chargement, the tyre’s pressure, the oil’s and all the other liquid’s level and anything else requested by the Holding Company.

Setting up / Personalization
Our warehouses are also used as centers for the personalization of the vehicles and the setting up of special equipments following our clients’ demands. We also execute for the Rental Car Companies various operations as providing stickers, alarms, license plates.

PDI (Pre delivery inspection)
Before delivering the car to the dealer, we also provide, under request, and following the specifics of our clients, also pre-delivery services, like washing, gas filling, complete check of all the mechanical and electrical parts, in order to deliver to the dealer a finished product ready for the use by the final customer.
